Summary: I booked a hotel for two people but when I arrived to the hotel they told me that only one person was eligible for breakfast so I needed to pay for my husband on the arrival which meant tht the total price was much higher than advertised. I will not book through this app ever again

Summary: I like the Devin. It’s a beautiful location close to the centre. The hotel has a feel of old luxury but slightly dated and past its prime. Balcony rooms are a good size but made the mistake of booking a single room once and it was like a shoebox. Breakfast is a very basic buffet. Staff are polite but serious. Check-in takes forever and seems over-complicated. If you are even one minute late for checkout staff ring to ask why and there is absolutely no complimentary late checkout, even by half an hour. I would stay again, mainly because of the room size and location.

Summary: What a fantastic time we had. A beautiful old hotel with fabulous views over the river. Every staff member was helpful and we even got a pack up to take with us for our early flight! Fully recommend

Summary: Staff was excellent, they let me check in early and also let me keep the room 30 min extra without extra costs. They gave me good info about things to do in Bratislava, also where i could get Perfumes i was looking for.
